The appointments desk at our N. Wendover Road and Spring Bank Lane offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM and from 7:30AM to 12PM on Fridays.

Our Stanly County office is open on Tuesday and Thursday most of the year and alternating Wednesdays during the summer months. Appointments can be made directly with the Albemarle, NC office on days that they are open or with either of our Charlotte, NC offices in the interim.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have been referred to us by another health care provider due to acute pain or an emergency situation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs..

We try to stay on schedule to minimize your wait and we realize your time is valuable. Because we provide surgical services, adhering to a strict schedule is not always possible. Treatment of patients on an emergency basis can also cause delays to the regular schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Although we cannot guarantee an appointment time requested via email, you can click here to have a representative call you back. Email is received during the business hours of the Charlotte, NC location on Wendover Rd. You will receive a call back within one business day. Emails received on Fridays get a call back on Monday morning. Please make sure you include your full name, phone number and a date and time you might like to be seen.

We see new patients Monday through Thursday from late morning until 1pm. We break for lunch for one hour and then continue seeing patients until 4:30. Most mornings and Fridays are reserved for surgical patients who are having to fast for their procedure. On occasion and as the schedule permits we may make exceptions to the rule and are able to accommodate special scheduling requests. Please relay your requirements to a representative and they will do their best to assist you.

Patients under the legal age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for both consultation and procedure.
