If you have not previously been seen by one of our doctors and are in need of urgent medical/dental assistance, please call your general dentist, 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Our on-call surgeon can not prescribe medication for pain after regular business hours.

Please call one of our offices for assistance with post-operative care. If you are calling after business hours and are in need of medical assistance the doctor on call will be paged for you by our answering service. The telephone numbers are listed at the bottom of the screen.

Our Charlotte offices are open to take your scheduling and billing calls:

Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 4:30PM and Friday from 7:30AM to 12PM.

(and alternating Wednesdays) from 8:30AM to 1PM.

Messages sent to our general office address are received Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm and a response can usually be expected the same or next business day.

All emails will receive a response within one business day. Emails received on Fridays will receive a response the following Monday unless it is a national holiday or the office is closed for some other reason.
