All professional services are charged to the patient. Necessary forms will be completed to help expedite insurance carrier payments. However, the patient is responsible for all fees, regardless of insurance coverage. It is also customary to pay for the services rendered in full, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our billing department.
If you have insurance we will get an estimate of your benefits for you before you have any procedure. This requires that you see the doctor performing the surgery for a pre-operative evaluation. The estimate is not a guarantee of benefits, coverage or payment. It is an estimate our office obtained for you based on the information provided verbally or online by your insurance company.
Once your insurance has processed your claims you may receive a statement from our office with a residual balance. A residual balance on your account could be attributed to the fact that we do not currently participate with any dental plans. We are billing your dental insurance as a courtesy and are collecting an estimated portion based on the information we are able to obtain. The amount your dental insurance allows for services rendered may be less than our office fees. Also, deductibles and co-insurance from your medical and/or dental insurances may attribute to receiving a statement after services are rendered.

In emergency situations we offer in-house financing via automatic withdrawal from a debit or major credit card. We cannot finance less than $500 and the total fees cannot be separated into more than three payments.
