We are currently not In-Network providers with ANY dental insurance plans.

We will gladly submit your claim for you, but we do not take any negotiated adjustments and you may be subject to a lower benefit level when seeking care outside of your dental provider network. If you have a managed care dental plan (a DMO) you will have no coverage if you see an out of network provider.

Effective 10/1/11 our practice will no longer be able to see NC Healthchoice patients. Please contact your insurance carrier to locate an in-network provider.

If you have Delta Dental you will be expected to pay in full for all consultations and procedures if not covered by a medical insurance plan for which we are an In-Network participating provider.

If your insurance company is not listed above, or if you have any questions prior to your appointment regarding eligibility or benefits you may call the toll free member services number located on your insurance card(s). If you do not have a card, your human resources department should be able to provide the information you seek.

In order to prepare an accurate estimate of your insurance benefits a treatment plan must be written up by the doctor that is to perform your surgery. Our insurance department cannot verify your medical or dental benefits for you before you are seen in the office for a pre-surgical evaluation.
